We purchased “Gregg” at the 1995 World Show, bidding on him in the Two-Year-Old Western Pleasure Claiming Futurity. We found out we won the bid and moments later, he won the class, earning a World Show Title. As an amateur, I showed him to his APHA Championship. He earned all his halter points at the same shows where he competed in the performance events. He also earned superiors in Open and Amateur Western Pleasure. While a wonderful show horse with an impressive show record, he has really proven himself as a sire. He has produced several very accomplished show horses. His babies have earned many superiors, versatilities, World and Reserve World Championships and APHA Championships. Probably the nicest thing about his babies is that they, like him, are very amateur friendly horses. They are sweet, kind and very trainable. His movement is very natural, flat kneed with a deep hock. It is so much easier to breed the modern movement into the horse than try to train it into them. His babies have a wonderful attitude and just naturally move with the look people are striving for today.
